DOES THE PRODUCT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING?

Our sauce is made with zero preservatives. Thus, it needs to be refrigerated once it is opened.

IS THE SAUCE VEGETARIAN & VEGAN?

Yes, our sauce is vegetarian and vegan.

IS THE SAUCE GLUTEN-FREE?

No, our sauce is not gluten-free. It contains soy and wheat.

HOW LONG CAN THE SAUCE STAY REFRIGERATED?

The sauce can stay refrigerated for up to 3 weeks once opened.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING NORMALLY TAKE?

All orders are shipped out within 3 business days of receiving the order. Orders are shipped out from our California office. For domestic orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. For International orders, please allow 10-21 business days for delivery. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to the email address you have provided. You can track your package from the link provided in this email.
