Bombay Sauce Co.
Is a local food sauce business based out of Newark, California. It specializes in bringing authentic Indian Style Chinese flavored sauces from the city of Mumbai (Bombay) in India.
The founder of the Bombay Sauce Co. has close to 25 years of extensive experience in the food industry and is also a professionally trained chef. She holds 2 degrees from the world's premier culinary college - The Culinary Institute of America in New York.
She was born and raised in Mumbai (Bombay), India, where she grew up enjoying the street foods the city offered. While the city offered the most authentic Indian foods, her absolute favorite has always been the Indian Style Chinese Cuisine.
Having lived in America for close to 2 decades, she always craved for her favorite Indian-Chinese sauce, but could not find it in any Indian or Chinese grocery stores locally or during her travels within USA. That inspired her to create the Bombay Sauce Co. and bring these bold authentic flavors of her childhood to market for the whole world to experience and enjoy.
After 2 years of many trials and continuous refinement, she has handcrafted her own unique recipe of this staple Indian Style Chinese “Schezwan” sauce. The same taste, aroma, and bold flavors brought back so many memories and now she wants to share this amazing Schezwan sauce with the entire world and bring it to the plates of millions to enjoy.
